Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed.
For domestic orders: If your tracking shows that your package is in transit, please be patient. If there is no movement for over 30 days feel free to file a claim with USPS to inquire about your package.
For international orders: Please keep in mind that some packages might get stuck in customs for a month or two before they are processed. We have no control over that. If there is no movement for over 30 days, feel free to file a claim with the international carrier you selected to inquire about your package. In addition, customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receiving their package.
If the tracking on your package shows as delivered but it got lost or stolen from your mailbox please contact your local USPS office or selected mail carrier and local police department to file a claim.
